Our puppy, Flash Elvis Degan, is an adorable six-year-old Basset Hound. Besides being among the cutest dogs on the planet, Basset Hounds are great with kids. Flash loves to play with our nieces and nephews, and they cannot stop talking about Flash! She loves to play and be chased by children and friends. Flash is also very protective of children and acts as another pairs of eyes when children are around. When nieces and nephews sleep over, she can always be found curled up asleep outside their door. She loves to dress up for Halloween and other occasions. Flash is the most gentle and loving dog we could imagine.
